We woke up early. Last night’s gale had died down completely and we lay in the buttery morning light and listened to the insane Woodstock rooster screaming his head off at the bottom of the road. Soon the girls were outside our bedroom door with tick tick nails on the wooden floor and swishing tails of waiting to greet us. We lay some more and chatted about all the stuff on our minds and drank coffee and had the best time. Soon we’ll walk the girls, on the beach today I think.
Later on I’ll go to the theatre for a quick rehearsal before our final preview. What a life!
